Get started with 1:1 Sessions

I specialize in applying metaphysical principals, practical reiki, and holistic (mind-body-spirit) healing to our stories, perceptions, and lives. Do you want to achieve greater freedom, safety, and faith in life while gaining clarity on your purpose? During our sessions together, I may utilize:

• Calling in our spiritual council (our support network including elementals, benevolent ancestors, angelic entities, spirit animals and guides, and gods and goddesses, for example)

• Sacred, intuitively driven conversation

• Art-based healing: collage, non-dominant hand drawing, and mask making, for example

• Mind-body-spirit mapping

• Divination with tarot cards and animal speak (listening to the messages from nature)

• Spirit Integration: a guided meditation where you enter your subconscious mind through a structured Q&A protocol. Once there, you’ll directly transform the lived experience of trauma through shifting the emotions learned there. This protocol has the potential to heal you on many levels: (1.) physical-emotional level, (2.) inner child and parents level, and (3.) ancestral level

• Practical Reiki tools: cleansing of the chakras (energy centers of the body) and directing the healing energy of the cosmos into your mind-body-spirit

• Body grounding, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation

I work with those who are eager to release the impacts of trauma, especially from childhood. When we walk with trauma in adulthood, it can show up in our lives as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, codependence in romantic relationships, chronic dissociation, recurring yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, vulva pain, and chronic pain conditions.
